EndoSys : Systems Biology of Hepatocyte Endocytosis
The MCM group is participating in the EndoSys network which is part of the German government's 'Hepatosys' Systems Biology programme. The EndoSys network focuses on a systems biology analysis of the endocytic pathway and its relationship with signal transduction. A multidisciplinary approach is taken, combining bottom-up and top-down approaches at both the theoretical and experimental levels. The MCM group is contributing through bioinformatic analysis, molecular modeling and simulation, and the application of SYCAMORE.
