HepatoSys
HepatoSys is a
systems biology initiative funded by the German Ministry of Education
and Research. The BCB group is part of two large projects - the Modeling platform and the Network Regeneration. Within the modeling platform, we are
developing new methods and tools for systems biology like Sycamore
whereas the focus of our work in the Regeneration project is the
modeling and simulation of calcium signal transduction in hepatocytes
and its cross-talk with other signalling pathways.
