Scientific Databases and Visualization - Hepatosys
The SDBV groups is part of the HepatoSys systems
biology initiative funded by the German Ministry of Education and Research. The
group participates in the Modeling
platform with SABIO-RK. Our contribution is the gathering and
structuring of relevant kinetics information from literature on hepatocyte
cells, particularly on homo sapiens, but also on other organisms. Data from
partners in HepatoSys will also be entered into SABIO-RK. Cross-annotation between
SABIO-RK and related databases will also form part of this project.
